Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Atmosia: Relaxing Sounds mobile application (the "Service") operated by Atmosia ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

• When you create an account with us (via Google Sign-In), you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the Google account that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Atmosia PRO)

Atmosia offers a premium tier ("Atmosia PRO") through auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock ad-free listening, unlimited simultaneous sounds, unlimited saved mixes, and unlimited timer features.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase. If you cancel, you will retain access to Atmosia PRO features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments are processed exclusively by Google Play. We do not directly manage payments or issue refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play's customer support.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to audio tracks, sounds, UI/UX design, and graphics) are and will remain the exclusive property of Atmosia and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its audio content for commercial purposes.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You can also terminate your account and delete your data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atmosia, nor its developers, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
